Personalised Meal Plans


Getting nutrition right can be tough, but get it nailed and you can see and feel results fast. Our approach is based on macros – allowing for flexibility and balance (see video on macros vs calories here).

Fill out a short questionnaire and within 72 hours receive a fully customised 6 week meal plan and recipe library – tailored to your goals, likes and dislikes. The recipes are simple and delicious.

You can select your preferred nutritional protocol (Low Carb, Vegan, Vegetarian etc) specify your body goals, and even any budgetary requirements.

You’ll receive 3 weekly meal plans (each one covering two weeks) including recipes, plus 40 recipe cards (like the ones we have on the Academy) showing all Macros and Calories.

This removes the guess work and gives you peace of mind that you’re on track.
