We’ve run one of Europe’s most successful fitness and wellbeing retreat companies since 2012.

We are both mid lifers and worked in the corporate rat race of London for 16 years before giving it up to realise our dreams.

We are sick of the one size fits all approach aimed at 40 plus men and women, along with the faddy quick fix solutions offered by companies trying to get you hooked in a vicious cycle.
